About The Position

The Customer Service Representative position is part of the Small Business Operations team at a Fortune 500 company located in Salt Lake City, UT. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service for small business lending products, including Small Business Lines of Credit and SBA loans, in a call center environment. Representatives will handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clients receive the necessary support throughout the funding process.

Requirements

  • Recent call center experience (within the last 2 years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to manage Average Handle Time (AHT) and multitask during customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service by answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and responding to internal and external emails.
  • Assist clients with Small Business Lending products by ensuring all necessary information is provided to fund client applications.
  • Work closely with business lines and other internal departments to resolve inquiries and support the funding process.
