About the position

Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH is looking to hire a full-time, onsite, Dental Insurance Customer Service Representative. We are a customer service focused organization, and we highly value strong customer service representatives as you have the opportunity to make a difference at the front lines of our organization. Our Dental Insurance Customer Service Representatives respond to questions from subscribers, producers, groups, and dental offices in a timely and accurate manner regarding Delta Dental products and claims.

Responsibilities

• Researches claims and coordinates information from other departments to respond to customer inquiries.
• Works collaboratively with other internal department personnel to resolve customer inquiries.
• Authorizes adjustments to billing in order to resolve customer service issues.
• Works with dental office personnel to clarify subscriber's coverage level, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues.
• Maintains positive rapport with dental office staff members to ensure a positive image of Northeast Delta Dental.
• Composes and sends written correspondence via mail or email to subscribers and purchasers to answer questions, clarify benefits, or respond to inquiries.

Requirements

• Two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• A happy attitude.
• Warm and empathetic with customers and will diligently seek accurate answers to their questions.
