About the position

The Call Center Insurance Agent role at Freeway Insurance Services involves selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. The position focuses on achieving sales production goals through proactive relationship building and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve sales production goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely delivery of deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on insurance products that best fit their needs.

Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty License preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious and motivated by opportunities for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
