About the position

The Call Center Insurance Agent role focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. The position emphasizes building and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales goals, while providing education and advice on suitable insurance products. Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales production goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to achieve production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on suitable insurance products.

Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty License preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious and motivated by opportunities for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
