About the position

The Call Center Insurance Agent position at Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC involves selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. Responsibilities

  • Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales production goals.
  • Build and leverage client relationships to expand business.
  • Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposits.
  • Educate and advise customers on suitable insurance products.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Sales or customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED is necessary.
  • Property and Casualty License preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and follow up effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Personal Lines License is a plus.
  • Experience in a call center environment is beneficial.
