About the position

The Call Center Insurance Agent role at Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales production goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to achieve production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on insurance products that best fit their needs.

Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty License preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
