About the position

The Call Center Insurance Agent role at Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. The position emphasizes building and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales goals, while providing comprehensive training and support to ensure success in a high-volume sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales production goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to achieve production goals.
  • Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposits to the bank.
  • Educate and advise customers on insurance products that best fit their needs.

Requirements

  • Valid Property & Casualty License preferred (but not required).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Sales or customer service experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
