Dialog Direct, a Qualfon company, is seeking experienced Call Center Professionals who aspire to obtain an Insurance License (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty). This seasonal opportunity is part of our esteemed Pre-Licensing Training Program. Participants will receive compensation at a rate of $18 per hour during the Pre-Licensing training period. Upon successful completion of the program and passing the State Exam, candidates will be offered a full-time position as a Licensed Insurance Professional, with a pay rate of $23.50 per hour. The role is customer service focused, requiring individuals to engage with clients and assist them with their insurance needs. Training hours are from 9am to 6pm EST, Monday to Friday, while production hours are from 11am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 9pm on Saturdays. This position is located onsite at our Headquarters in Highland Park, MI.
