About the position

The Call Center Quality Analyst at Regal Medical Group is responsible for maintaining and configuring various systems related to data management, ensuring data integrity, and providing support to the organization's initiatives. This role involves data entry, system maintenance, and communication with management to improve processes while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to data integrity policies for all system configurations.
  • Responsible for data entry of claims system support tables and general data maintenance.
  • Proficient in multiple areas of data management including fee sets, benefits, eligibility, contracts, and provider setup.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Performs random audits to support policies and procedures for data integrity.
  • Communicates with management and makes recommendations to improve processes.
  • Ensures all systems within their area of responsibility are reliable and responsive to the needs of the Regal Medical Group network.
  • Maintains a customer satisfaction-focused service mentality to strengthen relationships with providers and the network.
  • Runs daily reports to identify providers that need to be added to the system and prioritizes tasks accordingly.
  • Validates contracted and non-contracted providers and ensures proper data entry into the system.
  • Attends administrative meetings and provides training to other staff members in data management.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of experience in a medical office or related field, including customer service duties.
  • Ability to deal responsibly with confidential matters.
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet daily deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
  • Pleasant telephone manner.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
