The Guest Services Call Center Representative role is a part-time position focused on delivering exceptional guest service to a diverse range of visitors at Walt Disney World Resort. Representatives will handle inquiries, provide support for resort hotels, and assist guests with various topics in a high-volume call center environment that operates 24/7.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding guest service to onsite visitors and other guests.
  • Answer general questions regarding a variety of topics related to Walt Disney World Resort.
  • Support Walt Disney World Resort Hotels by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle conflict resolution and make quick decisions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality with critical information.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with a Microsoft Windows environment and comfortable working on dual monitors.
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and make decisions quickly.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the fluctuating needs of the operation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for three weeks of full training.
