About the position

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Call Center Representative - Bilingual (Spanish/English) for an opportunity at Remote. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are capable of handling various customer inquiries and issues effectively. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their requests, issues, and inquiries, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism and care. The role requires a strong ability to resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining a positive customer experience. In this role, you will be expected to liaise with other support teams to help resolve customer issues, ensuring proper documentation, notification, and escalation of any concerns that may arise. You will be answering incoming phone calls, chats, and/or emails, as well as conducting outreach phone calls and/or emails to follow up with customers. This position is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, and it requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication. The anticipated start date for this position is September 23, 2024, although this date is tentative and subject to change. The expected duration of the contract is 12 months, and the job type is full-time, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The pay range for this position is $20 per hour on a W2 basis, and candidates must be able to work on a W2 without sponsorship. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with requests, issues, and inquiries with great customer service while resolving them in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
