Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an answering service or professional switchboard operation.
  • Experience handling heavy call traffic with multiple incoming and outgoing lines.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of experience with computerized switchboard operation.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment.
  • 1 year of experience as a PBX Operator.
