About the position

As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service agent at our optometric office, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our patients. Your main duties will involve managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries to ensure a seamless experience for all patients.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from patients regarding appointment scheduling, prescription inquiries, insurance verification, and general office information.
  • Schedule patient appointments according to availability, doctor schedules, and patient preferences.
  • Provide patients with information about our services, products, and procedures to enhance their understanding and confidence in their eye care experience.
  • Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent.
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
