About the position

The Call Center Representative at Landings Credit Union is responsible for providing exceptional member support as the first point of contact for members. • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while communicating with members, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when required, adhering to company policies.
• Analyze member needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills is essential for managing member information effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess member needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader range of members.
