Call Center Representative - Evening/Weekend

About the position

As a Call Center Representative at ReconMR, you will play a crucial role in conducting outbound calls to survey respondents on various topics. This position focuses on collecting survey data through telephone interviews, polls, and customer satisfaction surveys, contributing to important market research projects that help shape the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to survey respondents on a variety of topics.
• Read scripts verbatim and ask questions to gather responses.
• Record responses accurately during telephone interviews.
• Participate in polls and customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

• Great communication skills and ability to speak clearly over the phone.
• Comfortable talking on the phone.
• Basic reading, computer, and typing skills.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute (net).
• Basic understanding of good customer service.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred for additional pay).
