Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to survey respondents on a variety of topics.
  • Read scripts verbatim and ask questions to gather responses.
  • Record responses accurately during telephone interviews.
  • Participate in polls and customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

  • Great communication skills and ability to speak clearly over the phone.
  • Comfortable talking on the phone.
  • Basic reading, computer, and typing skills.
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute (net).
  • Basic understanding of good customer service.

Nice-to-haves
