About the position
As a Telephone Interviewer at ReconMR, you will play a crucial role in conducting outbound calls to survey respondents on a variety of topics. This position is part-time and offers flexible scheduling, making it an ideal opportunity for students, retirees, professionals, and gig workers. The work is conducted onsite at our Houston, TX call center, located at Arena Towers Two. You will be responsible for reading scripts verbatim, asking questions, and recording responses accurately. Your contributions will help gather critical information that shapes the future for some of the world's most prominent companies and organizations. This role does not involve sales or collections, allowing you to focus solely on collecting survey data and providing valuable insights through your work. The position requires you to adhere to our attendance policy and maintain professionalism in an office setting. You will be expected to work evening and weekend shifts, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule from the available shifts, which range from 18 to 40 hours per week. Evening shifts typically run from 4 PM to 11 PM on weekdays, with weekend shifts available on Saturday and Sunday.
