About the position

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and have basic computer skills, including the ability to start up and shut down a computer, use a mouse, and navigate various programs. The role requires effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the candidate must be at least 18 years of age. The position may involve customer service responsibilities, and the candidate should be comfortable using search engines and performing basic online tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic level PC skills
- Basic Search Engines skills
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM)
- Effective communication skills in writing and verbally
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice-to-haves
- At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 18 months experience as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration by state
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
