About the position
Randstad Chattanooga is seeking to hire 15 enthusiastic individuals for the role of Call Center Representative. This entry-level position is ideal for those looking to kickstart their career in customer service or gain valuable call center experience. The role requires providing excellent customer service, creating reports, and resolving issues for non-emergency medical transportation. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a pay rate of $14 to $14.01 per hour. The position is temporary and requires a high school diploma or equivalent. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for assisting callers with their transportation needs, assessing client eligibility, and gathering necessary details to arrange appropriate transportation. It is essential to stay updated on local transportation policies to ensure proper scheduling and service delivery. You will utilize trip scheduling and dispatch software to coordinate transportation services accurately. Collaboration with facilities, providers, and internal staff is crucial to manage urgent care needs and discharges effectively. Additionally, maintaining strict confidentiality of client, company, and employee information while handling all required reports and documentation is a key aspect of this role.

Requirements
