Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate to meet customer needs.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates (Spanish or other languages) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping and data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
