About the position

The Call Center Representative position at Butler America involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Representatives will handle inbound calls, assist customers with order information, and log transactions in the company system. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Enter accurate ordering information into the company system.
  • Provide product support for parts and equipment.
  • Assist with dealer referrals to distributors.
  • Triage customer inquiries and transfer to Tier 2 representatives as needed.
  • Handle internal customer requests and determine if they require escalation.

Requirements

  • Able to type 40 wpm.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions/recommendations.
  • High degree of self-motivation to address and improve business needs.
  • Sense of urgency, self-initiative, commitment, and ownership.
  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Highly organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with SAP Software and Call Center operations.
  • Experience with SalesForce.com.
