Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of call center experience required.
• Experience with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Energetic with a positive attitude.
• Task-oriented and driven to meet and exceed goals.
• Must own a laptop due to the option to work from home.
