About the position

In order to work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, managing grievances, and resolving issues with our goods and services, we are looking for a professional, competent call center agent. The call center agent should aim to make every caller's experience positive, regardless of the total number of incoming or outgoing calls they handle. You will listen to clients to find exactly why they are calling, answer any inquiries or grievances, and respond accurately and quickly. You need to be efficient, customer-focused, and detail-oriented to succeed as a call center agent. You ought to be helpful, reliable, informed, and accommodating.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound sales calls from customers; understand their storage needs and recommend an appropriate storage unit.
  • Ability to overcome any objections in order to obtain a reservation for a storage unit or rent the unit over the phone.
  • Work with existing customers by answering questions and resolving concerns.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Perform duties assigned by Supervisor(s).
