About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate branch or department.
  • Utilize computer systems to log calls, update customer information, and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates who can communicate in Spanish are highly valued.
  • Proven ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
