About the position

The Call Center Representative at StretchLab plays a crucial role in supporting the wellness journey of prospects and members by managing communications and appointments. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and fitness and are eager to contribute to a growing brand that specializes in assisted stretching services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound communications in a timely manner
  • Follow communication 'scripts' when handling different topics
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficiency working with CRM, booking software and Google Suite
  • Previous call center experience is preferred
