About the position

Responsibilities
- Provide superb customer service as the first point of contact for the company.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls throughout the day.
- Research accounts to determine contact information for individuals and businesses.
- Document all actions taken on accounts using computer-based systems.
- Meet weekly and monthly production objectives in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
