About the position
The Call Center Representative role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls from established accounts, such as hospitals and law firms, while providing excellent customer service and support. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls from established accounts (hospitals, courthouses, law firms, etc.)
- Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and provide status updates
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Data entry skills and the ability to multi-task
