About the position

The Call Center Representative at Sound Credit Union plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by handling routine financial transactions and inquiries over the phone. Responsibilities

• Perform routine financial transactions via telephone, including withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, and transfers.
• Process and mail cashier's checks and provide members with account status, including current balances and loan details.

Requirements

• One-year experience in a customer service position required, preferably in a Call Center environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a financial services environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
