About the position

The Call Center Service Representative position at Zions Bancorporation is a fully remote role focused on providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone interactions. The representative will help customers feel valued, deliver meaningful solutions, and build relationships while developing their skills in technology and banking. Requirements

• Must live within 90 miles of Cedar City, UT
• Passion to serve others and contribute positively to the culture
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience in helping customers solve problems and educate on products/services
• Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
• Ability to navigate multiple computer software systems and strong keyboarding skills
• High School diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish (additional pay upon passing assessment)
• Experience in customer service roles
