Requirements

  • Associate's Degree is required.
  • Experience in a Call Center or busy phone system is required.
  • Electronic appointment scheduling experience is required.
  • Strong customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proven ability to multi-task is required.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are a plus.
  • Remote workers must live and work in the United States and have access to reliable, high-speed Internet.

  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
