- Process reservations for multiple restaurant locations
- Support customers with takeout orders, directions, and lost and found queries
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Utilize communication tools such as team collaboration software to liaise with restaurant teams
- Use software like Ring Central and OpenTable to manage customer calls and reservations
- Foster a hospitable mindset when interacting with customers
- Ensure all customer service standards and procedures are adhered to
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer service delivery.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with Avaya CMS
- Strong command of various computer programs
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent skills in customer service software
- Knowledge of About Time software
- Ability to answer and handle queries professionally
- Experience in answering inbound calls
- Proven ability to assist customers effectively
- Understanding of benefit functions
- Proficiency in using Ring Central
- Experience with Opentable software
