Responsibilities

  • Ensure thorough and accurate message collection for clients.
  • Utilize the call processing system and various call center tools to prioritize customer needs.

Requirements

  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar.
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
  • Good attendance record.
  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
