Call Center Supervisor, Ops Admin (Los Angeles)

About the position

This position involves providing excellent customer service through both inbound and outbound calls. The role requires effective communication with customers to identify their needs and suggest appropriate solutions. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the administrative aspects of opening new deposit accounts online and will perform any other tasks assigned to the Call Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound customer service calls

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• High School Diploma or equivalent
