About The Position

The Call Center Supervisor at Automated Health Systems is responsible for leading a state-wide customer service and contact center focused on enrollment and eligibility for state-related health care programs. This role requires a team-oriented and professional candidate with a strong background in healthcare and managed care, particularly in Missouri Medicaid and low-income populations.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years' experience in a direct call center supervisory position.
  • Minimum of two years' experience with call center operations.
  • Strong PC proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience/training.
  • Knowledge of health care, managed care, and Missouri Medicaid.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual language skills, particularly in Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the customer service and contact center team.
