About the position

The Call Center Supervisor at Automated Health Systems is responsible for leading a state-wide customer service and contact center focused on enrollment and eligibility for state-related health care programs. This role requires a team-oriented and professional individual with a strong background in healthcare and call center operations, aiming to enhance staff performance and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the customer service and contact center team.
  • Assist with enrollment and eligibility for state-related health care programs.
  • Coach and develop staff to improve performance and service quality.
  • Oversee call center operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a team-oriented and professional work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years' experience in a direct call center supervisory position.
  • Minimum of two years' experience with call center operations.
  • Strong PC proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of health care, managed care, Missouri Medicaid, and low-income populations.
  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience/training.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual language skills, particularly in Spanish.
