About the position

The Call Center Supervisor position is designed to provide supervisory, operational, and sales support to the department staff. This role involves coordinating work scheduling and workflow within the department and taking on responsibilities in the absence of the Senior Vice President (SVP) and/or assistant manager. The supervisor will ensure that the team delivers exceptional service to members while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervisory support to call center staff.
  • Coordinate work scheduling and workflow in the department.
  • Assume responsibilities in the absence of the SVP and/or assistant manager.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to members.
  • Maintain compliance with financial industry policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of prior work experience in a call center environment, preferably with increasing responsibilities.
  • Proven supervisory skills.
  • 2 years of prior work experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in PC skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Supervisory skills in a call center environment.
  • Consumer lending experience.
  • Prior work experience in banking or credit unions.
