About the position

The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations of a team of phone representatives, ensuring efficient handling of calls and maintaining high service standards. This role involves assisting representatives with escalated issues, monitoring call metrics, and providing motivation and feedback to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assists phone representatives with call issues.
  • Assists phone representatives with computer issues.
  • Assists with and maintains call answer rate goals.
  • Distributes and informs call center staff of new departmental procedures.
  • Handles outbound sales calls and emails for the website.
  • Assists phone representatives with refund policies and cheat sheets.
  • Administers employee counseling and disciplinary action.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Knowledge of call center operations and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
