Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and questions related to reservations.
  • Enter reservations accurately into the system.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties for booking reservations.
  • Make new reservations or verify existing ones, including handling special requests.
  • Discuss and recap financial data to ensure accurate communication and data entry.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma minimum; degree preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience in the travel industry, call center, hospitality, or customer service environment.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with geography, including the 7 continents and 50 states.
  • Enthusiastic, resourceful, and friendly demeanor.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends as needed.
