We are seeking a Call Triage Support and Service Associate for an after-hours role. This fully remote position can be sourced from any location within the US. The selected candidate must be available to train and onboard during standard business hours (Monday through Friday) for an estimated timeframe of 4-6 weeks. Post-training, the role will transition to the standard after-hours shift. There may be occasional travel to the main office in the Pittsburgh area for onboarding, training, or large team meetings held 1-2 times per year.
