About the position

As an Operations Analyst at CAMBR, you will be joining a dynamic team within a wholly-owned subsidiary of NBH Bank, dedicated to serving fintech programs and their partner banks. This role is pivotal in driving operational process improvements and supporting the growth of the Cambr business unit, which has been specializing in building deposit solutions for the rapidly evolving world of embedded finance since its inception nearly a decade ago. You will work closely with experienced bankers and technologists, focusing on helping our bank clients capitalize on growth opportunities. In this position, you will have the opportunity to tackle ad-hoc challenges and play a front-line role in accelerating the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include supporting custodial operations for existing programs such as Credit Karma, Adyen, Gusto, Betterment, and Acorns, as well as executing processes to onboard new clients ranging from banks to startups and established brands. You will be instrumental in enhancing and documenting daily processes to ensure smooth operations during Cambr's current growth phase. The Operations Analyst will also be responsible for developing and updating policies and procedures for internal and audit purposes, while ensuring compliance with best practices in a regulated environment. You will manage daily and monthly cross-functional processes using the Cambr console and support new customer onboarding activities, all while building and strengthening existing client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving operational process improvements and tackle ad-hoc challenges.
  • Support custodial operations for existing programs like Credit Karma, Adyen, Gusto, Betterment, and Acorns.
  • Execute processes to onboard new clients, including banks, startups, and established brands.
  • Enhance and document daily processes to ensure smooth operations during growth phases.
  • Develop and update policies and procedures for internal and audit purposes.
  • Stay up to date with compliance best practices in a regulated environment.
  • Manage daily and monthly cross-functional processes using the Cambr console.
  • Support new customer onboarding activities and strengthen existing client relationships.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in finance, operations, or related process-driven roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong work ethic and rigorous prioritization skills.
  • Experience with project management from inception to go-live.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and ability to develop durable procedures.
