About the position
We are seeking skilled Camera Operators to capture high-quality footage consistently, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional rider videos and experiences. This role requires attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work with delicate equipment. Both new and experienced camera operators are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided to ensure success in this seasonal position.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality and attractive footage consistently.
- Ensure attention to detail while operating camera equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members during video production.
- Manage time efficiently to meet production schedules.
- Handle and maintain expensive and delicate camera equipment.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to use Canon Vixia camcorder.
- Basic visual media skills.
- Willingness to learn and take constructive criticism.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to climb and carry up to 30 lbs of equipment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule.
- Basic computer skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in video production (1 year preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
