About The Position
Are you positive, energetic, and creative? Do you have camp and/or supervisory experience and want to create the best summer ever for our campers at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts? If so, please consider applying for the Camp Director position at Camp Greendale on Indian Lake! The Camp Director will supervise assigned staff and volunteers, maintain a clean and safe environment for all participants, maintain proper records/logs, know and implement emergency procedures, rules and regulations and communicate with parents/guardians regularly. The successful candidate must be qualified by training and experience to carry out the respective functions in the administration, operation, and maintenance of the program and makes relationship building the number one priority at all times. The position is responsible for ensuring that the child care programs convey the YMCA of Central Massachusetts's mission, purpose, image, and core values.
