About the position

The Campaign & Creative Manager at Amazon Advertising LLC is responsible for managing high-quality advertiser engagements and executing complex advertising campaigns. This role focuses on educating advertisers about Amazon's policies and creative best practices, while also consulting on creative strategy using data-driven insights. The position requires a strong emphasis on project management, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and continuous improvement of campaign workflows to enhance advertiser experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and delivery of high-quality advertiser engagements to educate advertisers on Amazon policies and creative best practices.
  • Project manage the execution of complex advertising campaigns with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Consult with advertisers on creative strategy using historical advertiser and industry data.
  • Manage troubleshooting of complex issues during the campaign life-cycle.
  • Dive deep on data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in e-commerce or online advertising.
  • Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing, or search engine optimization.
