About the position

The Campaign Director at AIPAC is responsible for leading and managing a team of development professionals focused on raising resources for AIPAC and pro-Israel politics. This role involves developing and executing fundraising strategies, mentoring staff, and optimizing donor engagement efforts to achieve aggressive revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong understanding of fundraising strategies and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of fundraising professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to meet revenue targets.
• Establish individual goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability through performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing professional development, including training on best practices in donor engagement and fundraising techniques.
• Facilitate regular check-ins and team meetings to share insights and adjust strategies as needed.
• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Create customized engagement plans for high-value donors.
• Collaborate with program and marketing teams to create content and events that align with donor interests.
• Monitor campaign progress through data-driven analysis and adjust tactics to optimize results.
• Streamline workflows and communication channels to improve efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve results.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or a similar role.
• A minimum of 5 years management experience with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
• Experience in the non-profit or political fundraising space is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce and Outreach preferred) and Microsoft Office.
