About the position

The Campaign Execution Manager will lead a technically oriented team responsible for executing email and direct marketing campaigns. This role involves managing the Prospect Database, developing infrastructure, and validation routines using tools such as Unica, SQL, and Python. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to create effective marketing solutions and ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 2-3 analysts focused on executing email marketing and market research campaigns.
  • Work with partners to intake segmentation and targeting business requirements and develop executable solutions.
  • Build and maintain email, direct mail, and calling campaigns using campaign selection tools, SQL, and Unica.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within campaigns and data transfer processes.
  • Maintain supporting criteria, selection, and audit documentation for campaigns.
  • Analyze, audit, and review campaign setups and documents for peers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a campaign manager, marketing manager, or similar role.
  • Proven experience in campaign management with a successful track record of executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Unica, SQL, Python, Adobe Campaign, or equivalent campaign selection tools.
  • Efficient project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
