About the position

The Campaign Manager for the Americas Customer, Industry, and Partner Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for specific industries, segments, or product categories. This role involves managing campaign content, audience targeting, channel mix, and performance reporting to generate leads and support sales activation. The Campaign Manager will also contribute to event strategies, ensuring relevant content and lead generation goals are met, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with the Americas sales GTM strategy.
  • Collaborates and maintains relationships with sales and marketing leaders and peers.
  • Defines target audience parameters by campaign and maintains target account lists specific to segments.
  • Works closely with Event Managers to influence event registration and attendance goals, and post-event lead follow-up.
  • Identifies assets and platform creative for campaign promotion, evaluating effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  • Executes promotional content development including post copy and visuals.
  • Contributes to sales visibility into upcoming lead queues and provides enablement materials for follow-up by sellers.
  • Delivers data and insights to improve campaign performance and keeps stakeholders informed.
  • Oversees campaign marketing budget, ensuring compliance with internal finance policies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
