The Marketing Technology & Operations Campaign Manager develops and executes data-driven strategies to generate leads, nurture existing clients and prospects and optimize conversion rates. This role collaborates across marketing, business development and event teams to define common goals and creates a seamless workflow for all teams involved between people operations and technology integrations. The Marketing Technology & Operations Campaign Manager relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. As a Campaign Manager, Marketing Technology & Operations you will: Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target audiences and develop end-to-end email campaign strategies for event marketing and thought leadership content. Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to measure demand generation and identify success. Maintain an active lead scoring model and automation setup to ensure qualified leads are pushed through the funnel in a timely manner and provide supplemental reports for targeted initiatives. Evaluate strategies across inbound marketing channels to determine the value of each channel and which method generates the best results. Track progress of campaign initiatives towards monthly goals and regularly review performance metrics against KPIs. Identify areas for process improvement within the team operations to ensure it aligns with the technology capabilities and further develop technology to align with our business process. Oversee the build and maintenance of marketing automation programs for data hygiene and enrichment for all data inputs and outputs. Ensure compliance with governmental policies and regulations when building out campaign strategies. Test and optimize user experience based on feedback and analysis. Advise marketing and business development team members on best practices and process improvement for projects involving digital assets. Develop end-user training curriculum, including user guides, tutorials, and live training sessions.
