About the position

The Campaign Manager for US Sports Marketing at Amazon Prime Video is responsible for leading the operations of 360° marketing campaigns and supporting ongoing marketing operations for Live Sports programming. This role requires exceptional organizational and project management skills to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives, collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative campaigns that resonate with sports fans.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute day-to-day campaign operations and creative asset development.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage project deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies towards common objectives.
  • Facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Champion and improve processes and system tooling to support efficient collaboration and campaign planning.
  • Identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement in marketing processes.
  • Assist in implementing innovative processes and tools to enhance project management and collaboration.
  • Drive the adoption of new operational solutions to improve marketing team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience, particularly in project and/or program management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in creative concept development, production, budget management, and vendor negotiation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Airtable).
  • Experience in sports marketing and/or sports media marketing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with major league marketing guidelines (e.g., NBA/WNBA, NFL, NHL, NWSL).
  • Understanding of digital file and folder management systems.
  • DAM (Digital Asset Management) experience.
