About The Position
The Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the re-election efforts for Christopher Marte, a dedicated advocate for the Lower Manhattan communities. This position requires a passionate and experienced individual who can develop and execute a comprehensive campaign strategy aimed at securing victory in the upcoming City Council election. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for various aspects of the campaign, including voter outreach, fundraising, communications, and team management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in political campaigns and grassroots organizing, demonstrating the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of staff and volunteers. In this role, the Campaign Manager will develop and implement a winning campaign strategy that encompasses voter outreach initiatives, field operations, digital media engagement, and effective fundraising efforts. The position demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can coordinate door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and other grassroots outreach efforts to engage voters and build a robust support base. Additionally, the Campaign Manager will oversee fundraising activities, ensuring compliance with campaign finance regulations while fostering relationships with donors and planning successful events. The Campaign Manager will also be responsible for crafting the campaign's messaging and communication strategy across various platforms, including social media, press releases, and public events. Utilizing voter data to inform campaign strategies and track progress will be essential, as will building and maintaining relationships with key community leaders and organizations to broaden the campaign's support base. Organizing campaign events, rallies, and town halls will be crucial for engaging with voters and promoting Christopher Marte's platform. Furthermore, the Campaign Manager must ensure that the campaign complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, including financial reporting and election law.
