As SiTime's Campaign Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of impactful, audience-centric, integrated marketing campaigns aimed at growing awareness and driving demand for SiTime's precision timing solutions. This role is critical within a growing team that is responsible for building and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth across a broad base of customer segments. You will report directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing, and your expertise will be essential in orchestrating target prospect engagement through various communications mediums, including written, visual, and video content, as well as across digital platforms such as the internet, social media, advertising, email, and live events. Your role will require a deep understanding of how to engage prospects and guide them through the buying process via multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. You will be expected to manage projects efficiently and have strong experience collaborating with product marketing, segment marketing, digital teams, and sales. Your successful programs will be data-driven, utilizing metrics and analytics to assess campaign performance and return on marketing investment (ROMI). You will also be responsible for defining campaign plans and content briefs that are prioritized against audience needs and channels, ensuring that editorial output aligns with strategic goals. In this position, you will plan and perform A/B testing to enhance productivity, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI, contributing to sales growth. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, as you will need to influence and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the success of your campaigns. You will be a continuous learner, capable of understanding and adapting to high-tech B2B trends, complex products, and effective messaging strategies. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying insights and optimizing campaign execution to deliver pipeline growth and revenue.
