About the position

As the Campaign Media Manager for North America at Ooni, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our paid media strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop, implement, and manage comprehensive media plans in collaboration with a third-party media agency. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee media planning, buying, and optimization across various paid media platforms, ensuring that our campaigns effectively reach our target audiences, engage them, and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). In this role, you will work closely with the media agency, as well as internal marketing, creative, and analytics teams, to align media strategies with our overall marketing goals and business objectives. You will act as the primary point of contact between Ooni and the media agency, ensuring that all media plans and proposals align with our marketing strategy. Your ability to review and approve media plans, monitor the agency's media buying activities, and ensure cost-effective buys will be crucial to the success of our campaigns. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on media campaign performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and analyzing media data to derive actionable insights. Staying updated on media trends, technologies, and best practices will be essential to ensure that our strategies remain current and effective. This position is based in our Austin, TX office and is part of the North American Marketing team, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company that values passion, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that align with marketing goals and business objectives in collaboration with the media agency.
  • Identify target audiences and determine the best media channels to reach them.
  • Stay updated on media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure strategies remain current and effective.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Ooni and the media agency, ensuring the agency's media plans align with Ooni's marketing strategy and goals.
  • Review and approve media plans and proposals provided by the agency, and monitor the agency's media buying activities to ensure cost-effective buys and optimal placement.
  • Ensure all media activities are executed on time, within budget, and meet defined KPIs.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all media.
  • Track and report on media campaign performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and analyze media data to derive actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Deliverable experience in marketing or media-related roles.
  • Experience in managing media campaigns across the entire lifecycle (development, execution & analysis).
  • Experience leading activities with cross-functional teams.
