About the position

The Campaign Program Manager for the Global Enablement Program at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive sales and technical proficiency training program aimed at enhancing the productivity of the worldwide sales community. This role requires strong program management skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders and subject matter experts globally. The individual will be instrumental in translating business needs into impactful training outcomes and continuously iterating on learning content and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Creates processes and mechanisms for program execution
  • Manages SME and Stakeholder relationships with Field sales, PMM, WWSO, Industry, LxDs/MxDs, etc.
  • Makes strategic judgement decisions by analyzing data and learner feedback
  • Influences and drives partnership between PMM, GMC, and WWSO stakeholders
  • Manages workback timelines, launch communications, and learner support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
